WHO GOD IS TO US, IS WHO HE WILL BE THROUGH US!

Thank You Jesus, that You rescued me and set me free from my self destruction. Thank You that I am not bound to my past. In Your forgiveness I am made whole and new. May I allow You to use my story to be a bridge to You for others. Thank You, Father, that You have "qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light" (Colossians 1:12)

Without Gods grace...I would be unrecognizable!

DISCIPLINE

HOW IN THE WORLD DO PEOPLE ACCOMPLISH THIS IN ANY AREA?????

Well, I was telling a friend of mine Barbara Wilson how I keep trying to give my eating habits to Jesus, but somehow I keep getting it back. Kinda like the hot potato game!

Her advice was very powerful..Just leave it at His feet and run!

Am I the only one who feels like I am in a movie where everything is happening in slow motion..or where you are running fast....to no where?

Well, while I am not over weight...I am out of shape! (that reminds me about 2 years ago... my husband Joel was voicing his dismay of being out of shape, when our very witty son John piped in with what Joel thought was going to be a boost of encouragement, but turned out not to be.... his words were..."no your not dad...round is a shape!"

Which that also reminds me of John's precious words to describe me when he was a lot younger, "mommy you feel squishy...just like playdoh!" Our daughters Laura, and Emily continue that little legacy...but they just say "oooh, mommy your soooo squishy", as they grab handfuls of squishiness.

So today I ask you.... will you please pray that I will have discipline with my eating habits?
I want to be able to say NO to cupcakes, caramel, cookies, excessive chips and salsa, candy,(UGHHHH! Halloween) BREAD BREAD BREAD!! and so much more.

I want to develop an unquenchable appetite for fruits and vegetables. I mean I love those things, and I enjoy eating them....I just don't have the passionate desire to eat them as much as I do for the junk food stuff! That I would also desire to exercise to help with getting fit, not just to lose fat, but to strengthen my bones and muscles!

I truly would appreciate your prayers that I would honor God with taking care of my temple!

Romans 12:1 (NIV)
1Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God--this is your spiritual[1] act of worship.

May you have a blessed day appreciating God's presence.
In His name and with His love, Kim Q.

I believe in you and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you will do it and when you do we will go out and celebrate (just not with Olive Garden bread sticks or Abuelo's chips and salsa ... okay may just once.)

I love you and will be praying for and with you babe!
